Why Supersets Work for Arms
Pairing a bicep exercise with a tricep exercise is one of the most efficient workout structures possible. While your biceps work, your triceps rest — and vice versa. The result: you can do 6 sets total in the same time it takes to do 3 straight sets.
Research also shows that pairing opposing muscle groups (agonist-antagonist supersets) produces a "reciprocal inhibition" effect that can slightly increase strength output in the second exercise due to neural facilitation.
Bicep Anatomy
The biceps brachii has two heads (long and short) and performs two actions: elbow flexion and forearm supination. The brachialis underneath is often undertrained — it responds best to neutral-grip curls (hammer curls).

Long head focus. 3x10-12. No rest between exercises, 75s between rounds.
